Raventra Health is a medical services company providing outsourced billing, coding, and claims processing solutions for provider groups and hospitals. As a Client Success Manager, Provider Accounts, you will own client relationships and help ensure provider organizations receive consistent, high-quality revenue cycle support. You will manage ongoing client communication, review performance, coordinate issue resolution, and identify opportunities to strengthen and expand client relationships.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Own day-to-day relationships across an assigned portfolio of provider and hospital clients

  • Build strong relationships with practice administrators, revenue cycle leaders, CFOs, and other client stakeholders

  • Conduct regular business reviews and present updates on service performance and key revenue cycle metrics

  • Monitor metrics such as accounts receivable aging, clean claim rate, denial rate, and payment performance

  • Explain performance trends, identify areas for improvement, and coordinate appropriate follow-up with internal teams

  • Manage client escalations and ensure issues are addressed promptly and effectively

  • Identify opportunities to expand services based on client needs and operational priorities

  • Translate complex billing, coding, and claims information into clear, actionable recommendations for clients

  • Maintain accurate client records, action items, and communication history in the CRM or account management system

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or customer relationship management, preferably in healthcare services

  • Experience managing relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, or other healthcare organizations

  • Working knowledge of revenue cycle management concepts and metrics, including accounts receivable aging, clean claim rate, and denial rate

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both operational and financial leadership

  • Experience managing escalated or at-risk client relationships and driving issues through resolution

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously

  • Ability to identify client needs and translate them into actionable internal requirements

  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote environment

NICE TO HAVE
  • Revenue cycle management operations experience

  • Familiarity with EMR or practice management systems

  • Medical billing or coding experience

  • Experience with contract renewals or negotiations

  • Experience working with provider groups or hospitals
