Job Summary:

The Client Success Manager at Nexxen owns two core functions: managed service campaign management and programmatic PMP deal execution. As the primary point of contact for a portfolio of advertiser relationships, you'll drive satisfaction, retention, and growth through expert campaign management, strategic consulting, and deep technical fluency across Nexxen's full product suite, including our SSP, DMP, and deal infrastructure.

This role goes beyond day-to-day execution. You'll think strategically across your book of business, consult on new solutions, participate in the RFP process, and generate upsell revenue through best-in-class reporting and measurable results. You’ll be partnering closely with Strategic Sales, Ad Operations, and Supply teams to ensure every campaign and deal is set up for success from kick-off through optimization.

As a Client Success Manager, you will drive:

Client relationship & account ownership

  • Serve as the primary post-sale contact for a portfolio of managed service and programmatic advertiser accounts, building deep, trust-based relationships that drive retention and growth

  • Diagnose client needs and develop tailored strategies that generate measurable results and incremental revenue for Nexxen

  • Onboard new clients through platform demos, training sessions, and ongoing education on Nexxen's offerings and deal capabilities

  • Support quarterly regional growth goals through proactive upsell and cross-sell activity grounded in data and performance insights

Campaign & deal management

  • Own end-to-end campaign delivery across managed service and PMP channels; including setup, launch, pacing, optimization, and performance reporting against KPIs

  • Manage the full PMP deal lifecycle: deal setup, targeting configuration, implementation best practices, QA, and ongoing troubleshooting

  • Execute multi-channel programmatic campaigns across CTV, online video, and display with a focus on precision and performance

  • Support audience activation and targeting strategies through Nexxen's Data Management Platform (DMP)

  • Maintain accurate campaign records and account documentation in Salesforce and internal systems

Strategy, insights & product expertise

  • Act as a trusted advisor on Nexxen's DSP/SSP offerings — translating complexity into clear, actionable guidance for clients

  • Leverage performance data, market trends, and Nexxen's full product suite to develop proactive campaign recommendations and identify upsell opportunities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot campaign and deal performance, surfacing creative solutions that meet evolving client needs

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years in a client-facing account management or operations role within a DSP, SSP, media agency, or publisher

  • Proven track record managing programmatic campaigns across CTV, online video, and/or display

  • Experience with PMP deal management, SSP platforms, and programmatic deal troubleshooting

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable narratives

  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly to both clients and internal teams

  • Highly organized with proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, large datasets) and PowerPoint

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, ad servers, brand safety, and verification platforms

While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location.
