Manages professional nursing practice, staff development, performance improvement, regulatory compliance, fiscal management, and patient safety for CVICU and MICU units. Maintains 24/7 accountability for clinical operations and promotes high-quality experiences for patients, families, physicians, and employees.
Hourly Pay Range:
$50.64 - $78.49 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Position Highlights:- Position: Clinical Nurse Manager - CVICU + MICU
- Location: Glenbrook, Hospital
- Full Time/Part Time: Full Time, 40 hour per week
- Hours: Monday-Friday on site, 24/7 responsibility
- License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL required
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required. Master’s degree in Nursing, Business or a Healthcare related discipline preferred
- Certification: BLS/CPR certification required, Ortho Certification a plus
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in relevant clinical setting required. Previous management experience preferred
- Hold 24/7 accountability and responsibility for the professional nursing practice, professional development, performance improvement initiatives, and fiscal management for an assigned clinical unit
