Who we are

Handspring has set out to rebuild the pediatric behavioral health system from the ground up. We are a team of diverse, mission-driven, and passionate individuals dedicated to making quality mental healthcare accessible to all young people.

We're hiring a Clinical Recruiter (Contract-to-Hire) to join our fully remote team.

What you’ll do

  • Develop a deep understanding of Handspring’s goals and mission, and embed our values throughout the hiring process to ensure new hires are aligned with our culture

  • Apply deep knowledge of the behavioral health talent landscape to drive effective sourcing strategies across our markets

  • Lead sourcing efforts for new candidates and manage the hiring funnel, including pipeline development, screening, interviewing, and hiring

  • Operate at the highest ethical standard in every interaction with candidates

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years of experience recruiting mental health therapists, specifically LCSWs, LMFTs, and licensed counselors, preferably in a high-growth, fast-paced environment

  • Strong experience developing sourcing strategies and managing candidate pipelines

  • Experience managing the full recruiting cycle from outreach through offer

  • Positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively with employees at all levels

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail

  • Competitive spirit with a people-first mindset

  • Exceptional listening skills

Position details

  • Fully remote position

  • You’ll receive a monthly stipend of $2,000, plus a per-hire bonus for each person you bring on. With strong performance, annual earnings can reach over $135,000.

  • This role will begin as a contract position, with the opportunity to transition to full-time if it’s a strong mutual fit

  • You must be based in the United States and have U.S. work authorization
