Cloud Application Architect

Primary Skillset

·         Minimum 12+ years of experience in planning and executing the governance of cloud adoption, IT transformation, cloud migrations, and technical implementation

·         Minimum 5+ years’ experience of handling Azure Cloud migration projects

·         Experience in customer-facing Cloud migration, service discovery, assessment, planning, execution, and operations focusing on application modernization using Microsoft Azure as a Cloud Provider

·         Good Understanding of Architecture Style, Design Patterns, SOA, Event-driven, Microservice, N-tier and Message Broker

·         Experience in Architecting and designing Microsoft-centric solutions based on industry standards using Azure IaaS, PaaS capabilities.

·         Hands-on experience Migrating Application from On-prem to Microsoft Azure Cloud

·         Strong Knowledge in MS Azure Platform Development Azure Logic App, Azure Service Bus, Azure App Services, Azure Storage, Azure API Gateway, Service Bus, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Monitor, etc.

·         Experience in Microsoft SQL Server/Azure SQL, HA, Replication and DR Concepts

·         Experience in .NET Core, RESTful API, LDAP, SSO, SMAL, ADFS, Microsoft Graph API etc.

·         Experience building, architecting, designing, and implementing highly distributed global cloud-based systems

·         Proven experience building security reference architecture for all-in cloud deployments and hybrid scenarios

·         Experience in building enterprise security solutions such as WAF, IPS, Anti-DDOS, and SIEM.

·         Familiarity with compliance & security standards across the enterprise IT landscape Deep understanding of enterprise risk management methods and techniques to drive successful outcomes in a multi-national environment

·         Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and achieve broader organizational goals.

·         Ability to deliver results and work cross-functionally; engage/influence audiences and identify expansion engagements.

·         Experience automating deployment of applications using desired state configuration, PowerShell, or other automation languages.

·         Excellent communication and management skills, with a focus on translating complexity to non-specialist audiences
