This role combines deep technical expertise with delivery leadership, operating in a fast-paced, Agile environment where collaboration, accountability, and outcomes matter.

At Easy Dynamics, every team member’s input is valued. Join us where professionalism meets passion, and help shape the future of cybersecurity.

What you'll do

  • Serve as the technical delivery leader for a large-scale federal cloud migration program, owning outcomes from architecture through deployment, stabilization, and operational readiness.
  • Provide technical leadership in the design, review, and enhancement of cloud-based architectures, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, compliant, and aligned with federal and organizational standards.
  • Drive execution with urgency, maintaining momentum across teams and stakeholders while proactively addressing risks, dependencies, and delivery obstacles.
  • Lead through ambiguity and adversity, including shifting requirements, constrained resources, legacy environments, and stakeholder resistance.
  • Manage upward communication and escalation, ensuring leadership has timely visibility into risks, blockers, tradeoffs, and required decisions.
  • Collaborate with end users, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define and translate requirements into actionable cloud solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in defining technical specifications, system designs, and data architectures for secure cloud-based systems.
  • Partner with program management to plan and manage strategy, milestones, sequencing, and delivery plans aligned to program objectives.
  • Estimate level of effort and resource needs, identifying capacity gaps early and recommending mitigation strategies.
  • Anticipate, track, and resolve technical risks and issues throughout planning and execution.
  • Own cloud migration process and schedule end to end, including cutover planning, contingency and rollback strategies, and post-deployment validation.
  • Develop technical roadmaps and contribute to product and platform vision, balancing near-term delivery with long-term modernization goals.
  • Produce clear, high-quality technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, roadmaps, and as-built artifacts.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, including engineers, program managers, executives, and federal customers.
  • Present strategies, risks, and roadmaps to leadership to drive alignment and enable timely decisions.
  • Continuously improve delivery practices, standards, and guidelines, acting as a force multiplier for the program.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Cloud Architect, with demonstrated progression into senior technical leadership and delivery ownership roles.
  • 10+ years of experience in progressive cloud engineering roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience delivering complex cloud solutions in regulated environments.
  • Proven experience as a technical lead on cloud programs, including solution architecture, requirements management, and product ownership, with accountability for delivery outcomes.
  • Experience leading cloud-enabled transformation programs, preferably within the federal government.
  • Strong consulting skills with demonstrated ability to lead through influence, manage upward, and drive urgency and accountability across stakeholders.
  • Experience using Productivity tools including: Microsoft Office Suite and Visio to develop clear explanations of complex technical activity (architectures, projects roadmap, applications, etc.) with the ability to target audiences that vary from technical to non-technical.
  • Strong, hands-on experience with the Microsoft Cloud stack, including Azure and Entra ID and ability and willingness to learn additional as needed.
  • Experience using Microsoft Graph, PowerShell, and Azure CLI to automate and streamline cloud delivery.
  • Experience implementing Microsoft cloud identity solutions, including Conditional Access, application federation, hybrid identity, identity governance, Azure RBAC, managed identities, and service principals.
  • Experience with NIST SP 800-series frameworks, particularly NIST 800-53 and 800-63, and relevant CISA guidance.
  • Hands-on experience documenting security controls, implementing cloud security baselines, and supporting ATO activities.
  • Experience with DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, configuration management, and compliance as code.
  • Experience with a second cloud platform (AWS or GCP) preferred.
  • Federal experience required.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance (active Public Trust strongly preferred).

Salary Range: $170,000-190,000 based on experience and qualifications
