Participate in cross-training and adhere to security and infrastructure standards.

Primary Responsibilities
- Administer and support enterprise Azure infrastructure and cloud services.
- Monitor platform health and proactively investigate alerts, incidents, and service degradation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across infrastructure, networking, identity, and application layers.
- Support Infrastructure as Code deployments and operational automation initiatives.
- Maintain Active Directory and Entra ID environments.
- Support disaster recovery, backup validation, and business continuity efforts.
- Participate in on-call rotations and production incident response .
- Develop and maintain operational runbooks and technical documentation.
- Partner with Cloud Engineering, Development, Security, and Client Service teams to support platform operations.
Preferred Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Certification:
- Certifications preferred: AZ-900
Skills & Abilities:
- 1-3 Years of Relevant Experience
- Hands-on Azure administration in production environments.
- Experience supporting Infrastructure as Code deployments.
- Experience using Azure Monitor, Datadog, Splunk, Grafana, or similar monitoring platforms.
- Experience supporting AKS/Kubernetes environments.
- Experience administering Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Experience troubleshooting production incidents and performing root cause analysis.
- Strong systems administration foundation across Windows, Linux, VMware, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
