We are early in our journey and looking for a dynamic, experienced, and passionate Co-Founder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be deeply ingrained in the HR space, possessing a blend of experience in People tech startups and a robust sales/GTM background. As a Co-Founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s direction, driving its growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of our innovative solutions to enhance employee experiences at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in setting the strategic direction and objectives of the company.

• Utilize your sales/GTM background to own revenue targets, lead sales deals, customer acquisition, and partnerships.

• Leverage your network and relationships with investors/advisors to secure funding and strategic support.

• Wear multiple hats, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to drive the company’s growth in various areas.

• Foster a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• A second-time founder in the HR space or having significant experience in People tech startups 

• A background in sales/GTM, preferably having worked as an Account Executive or Sales Leader

• Connected to a network of investors and advisors

• Passion for the HR tech space and solving problems related to employee experiences

• A track record of entrepreneurial success, innovation, and leadership
