  • Partner closely with sales, support and go-to-market teams to help structure and close complex revenue-generating telecom and technology deals efficiently.
  • Provide real-time legal guidance to internal stakeholders across sales, support, finance, human resources, and operations, including owning matters from contract negotiation through dispute resolution.
  • Support international contracting and regulatory efforts and cross-border matters as the business expands globally.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and scale contracting processes, templates, and playbooks.
  • Effectively balance risk mitigation and management with commercial enablement in real time.
  • Assist with employment-related matters in collaboration with human resources, including policy review, agreements, and risk mitigation.

  • Support corporate governance, regulatory and compliance initiatives, and other general corporate matters as needed.
  • Takes on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the success of the team and organization.

  • Experience supporting revenue teams in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
  • Strong business judgment and comfort operating with autonomy.
