The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Overview of the Role:

Our Commercial and Enterprise Account Executive teams drive customer success through the full Tableau analytics platform. Our Commercial team focuses on growing organizations of 250–5,000 employees, while our Enterprise team works with our most strategic customers — organizations of 5,000+ employees. As a trusted partner, you won't just sell AI-powered analytics — you'll work alongside agents and customers to accelerate revenue and help businesses see and understand their data in entirely new ways.

This role focuses on accounts within the Technology, Media & Telecommunications Industries or the Consumer Business Services Industries (including Travel, Transportation, Hospitality, Professional Services, Architecture, Construction, and Real Estate). Some positions may be office-based, office-flexible, or remote depending on the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a sales pipeline by prospecting new accounts, growing existing customers, and closing a high volume of transactions across the full Tableau platform.

  • Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite decision makers to drive customer satisfaction and long-term value.

  • Coordinate with internal teams — including product support, customer success, and sales engineering — to meet customer needs and deliver on business objectives.

  • Partner with account teams and the broader partner ecosystem to develop territory plans and execute long-term account strategy.
    Required Qualifications:

  • Commercial: 5–10 years of full-cycle sales experience, with at least 3 years in a field sales role.

  • Enterprise: 10 years of full-cycle sales experience, with at least 5 years in enterprise sales.

  • Proven ability to manage existing accounts for upsell and cross-sell, or to drive new logo acquisition.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience presenting to C-level executives.
    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling business intelligence, analytics, or data platforms.

  • Ability to develop and execute territory and account plans in a complex, matrixed sales environment.

  • Background in the Technology, Media, Telecommunications, or Consumer Business Services industries.

  • Experience will be evaluated based on core competencies, including extracurricular leadership, military service, volunteer work, and other relevant experience.
