We are currently seeking a Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Chicago. The ideal candidate will assist in managing both internal and external communications, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding. This position is ideal for a motivated professional with a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills who is looking to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, write, and edit communications content including press releases, newsletters, and internal announcements

  • Coordinate communication projects and support cross-functional teams

  • Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events and public relations initiatives

  • Maintain company voice and tone across all communication channels

  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies

  • Support the execution of crisis communication plans when necessary

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in a communications or similar role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication tools
