As a Call Center Service Activation Representative, you will assist customers with activating Spectrum services and troubleshooting issues through both inbound and outbound calls, enhancing customer experience through effective problem-solving and support.

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
- 2+ years in customer service
Skills
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, organize and multitask
- Sales skills including analysis, objection handling, pitching and closing
- Customer complaint resolution and call management
Preferred Qualifications

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and solve problems under pressure
