Position:              Conferencing and Mobile Support Specialist

Location:             NYC, NY

Mode:                  Onsite

 

 

Job Summary

  • Role: Conferencing and Mobile Support Specialist
  • Core Goal: Fix technical issues for virtual meetings and company mobile devices.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conference Support: Set up, test, and monitor virtual meeting rooms and software.
  • Mobile Support: Troubleshoot smartphones, tablets, and mobile apps for employees.
  • Hardware Care: Fix microphones, cameras, display screens, and conference room systems.
  • User Training: Teach staff how to use collaboration tools and mobile platforms.
  • Ticket Management: Log and resolve IT help desk requests quickly. 

 

Requirements

  • Experience: Basic IT support or customer service background.
  • Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Webex.
  • Mobile Skills: Knowledge of iOS and Android device management.

 

Communication: Clear verbal skills to guide users through fixes
