How you’ll make an impact:  
As a Comparative Analytics Consultant, you will be working with healthcare organizations to implement, adopt and optimize our financial and operational benchmarking software solution, Comparative Analytics. You will also deliver advisory services across Strata’s Data and Intelligence solutions to enhance the planning and performance improvement efforts of our customers.  

In this role, you will:  

  • Work with a team of advisory service professinals in implementing and optimizing the Strata Comparative Analytics solution for multiple healthcare providers across the country. Implementation includes defining user requirements, configuring the system to meet requirements, validating functionality, and testing key features and outputs of the software.  
  • Work closely with StrataJazz® products and data to support implementation processes.  
  • Help customers define their business and technical requirements for the software, and partner with customers as a trusted advisor to implement best practices in their financial and operational benchmarking processes.  
  • Lead onsite and web-based customer training to promote strong system utilization, user adoption, and user proficiency.   
  • Communicate proactively with Strata team members, managers, and project managers on issues and risks that may arise during the project life cycle. Develop and execute action plans to mitigate risks proactively.  
  • Meaningfully contribute to operational and strategic growth projects to continually improve our level of service to customers.   
  • Collaborate with consultants of other solutions, product management, and engineering to develop and refine the Comparative Analytics solution.  
  • Work in an Agile environment for building and implementing high-quality, feature-rich software.   
  • Use SQL, Excel, and Strata implementation tools to deliver on customer expectations for software implementation and optimization projects.     

 What we’re looking for:  

  • A data-driven, problem-solving mindset that embraces challenge  
  • Experience in a customer-facing environment 
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in healthcare consulting, healthcare finance, or a comparable role   
  • Demonstrated interest in providing a world-class level of customer service   
  • An understanding of financial concepts, including financial statement analysis and benchmark analysis 
  • Ability to respond to customer needs as they arise   
  • A drive to learn quickly and constantly adapt to new challenges   
  • Strong self-motivation and the ability to work effectively with limited guidance when necessary  
  • Ability to travel up to 20% to customer locations for product training 

You’d really wow us if you have:   

  • Professional and/or academic background in SQL and relational database concepts   
  • Experience in finance or consulting within the healthcare industry 
  • Experience setting and communicating productivity standards in the clinical environment  
  • Experience implementing and configuring software 

Estimated Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,0000

Actual salary will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skill set and level of experience. This salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Strata also provides discretionary variable pay programs based on role. In addition, Strata provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits, health and welfare benefits, paid time off, parental leave, life and accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits.
