Our consultancy is looking for highly motivated and talented Mobile admiistrators. We are looking for peak performers who have a passion for business, a joy in solving problems and a work ethic that doesn't rest until the job is done.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Administer, configure, and support mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) using Microsoft Intune.
  • Manage enrollment, compliance, configuration profiles, security policies, and conditional access for iOS and Android devices.
  • Deploy, manage, and support enterprise mobile applications, including Microsoft 365 (O365), OneDrive for Business, Cisco Webex, and other Microsoft-related applications.
  • Partner with IT security and infrastructure teams to ensure mobile devices meet organizational security and compliance standards.
  • Evaluate applications and services for mobile compatibility and deployment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mobile device, application, and access-related issues.
  • Monitor device health, compliance reporting, and usage metrics; identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Contribute to mobile technology roadmaps aligned with business and IT strategy.
  • Document configurations, processes, standards, and operational procedures.

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing mobile devices using Microsoft Intune (required).
  • Strong experience with enterprise iOS and Android device management.
  • Working knowledge of Azure AD, Conditional Access, and identity-based device controls.
  • Experience managing mobile applications and security policies in a corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with endpoint security, device compliance, and enterprise mobility best practices.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 mobile services.
  • Insurance domain experience / prior experience working with an Insurance company is required.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional IT and business teams.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to interpret technical requirements and align solutions to business needs.

COMPENSATION
The position is a full time position and will include a base salary range and full benefits, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, vacation, and 401(k) with company match.
