PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce monthly financial reports in partnership with the project sponsor, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Document enhancement opportunities, gather requirements, obtain stakeholder consensus, and implement approved changes in SharePoint.
- Validate data accuracy with business sponsors and maintain a trusted single source of truth.
- Develop SharePoint workflows, lists, libraries, forms, and dashboards to support PMO reporting needs.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.
- Maintain documentation including data dictionaries, process flows, and change logs.
- Train end users and provide ongoing support for the SharePoint tool.
- Collaborate with IT as needed to align with governance, security, and integration standards.
- Advanced knowledge of Power Automate Cloud Flows, including troubleshooting failed runs, monitoring flow health, and optimizing performance.
- Hands-on experience designing and supporting solutions using SharePoint Lists as a data source.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint List architecture, including columns, lookups, permissions, indexing, thresholds, and performance limitations.
- Ability to troubleshoot end-to-end process failures across Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and related Microsoft 365 services.
- Experience monitoring system operations and proactively identifying issues affecting business processes.
- Strong knowledge of relational database concepts, including:
- Primary and foreign keys
- One-to-one, one-to-many, and many-to-many relationships.
- Experience with Power BI reporting and operational dashboards.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions with multiple integrations.
- SharePoint Online expertise (lists, libraries, permissions, views, forms, Power Automate workflows).
- Power BI expertise.
- Business analysis skills including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder facilitation to facilitate system enhancements.
- Financial reporting familiarity—understanding of budgets, forecasts, and project financials.
- Data validation and quality assurance experience.
- Strong proficiency with Excel or similar reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to work early or late on occasion to support monthly reporting deadlines.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMO experience a plus).
- Familiarity with Power Apps or custom SharePoint form development.
- Smartsheet Integration / Application support.
- Background in financial systems or enterprise data environments.
- Industry experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG).
- Comfortable presenting reports to C-level meeting attendees.
- Willingness to travel to NJ or CO on occasion.
- This position has the option of being a full-time employee with benefits eligibility, or a 1099 contract position. Total compensation is negotiable and will be based on a permanent or contract arrangement.
