How you’ll make an impact: 

As a Consultant on the Staff Augmentation team, you will partner with healthcare customers as an extension of their internal teams to administer and optimize their Strata Decision Support solutions. In this role, you will manage day-to-day system administration, support ongoing maintenance and enhancements, and drive adoption initiatives to ensure cost accounting solutions remain effective, scalable, and aligned to evolving operational and strategic needs. Through close collaboration with customer stakeholders, you will help organizations maximize the value of their Strata investment. 

In each of the responsibilities below, you will have the support and guidance from a senior team member to ensure team member development and customer success. 

  • Perform the solution administrator functions including data reconciliation, cost model configuration/auditing and reporting within the Decision Support solution with high quality and high customer satisfaction following the service protocols that have been established.   
  • Partner with the customer and sr. team members to identify, communicate and implement DS enhancement items to increase cost accuracy and/or cost model efficiency projects.   
  • Serve as a DS and cost accounting subject matter expert to customer answering ad-hoc questions around system results as well as industry best practices.   
  • Contributes to team internal initiatives improving customer and team satisfaction.   
  • Serve as a passionate advocate for the Strata product suite.   

 

What we’re looking for: 

  • 3+ years of healthcare industry experience finance, operations, or analytics or cost accounting.  
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple customer projects at one time. 
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to think quickly and deliver consultative responses.   
  • Collaborative working style to partner with customer finance teams. 
  • Growth mindset to continuously improve program and customer satisfaction.  
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within healthcare finance and decision support 
  • Advanced written and verbal communication with the ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders 
  • Advanced skills Microsoft Excel and Power Point 
  • Preferred exposure to SQL 
  • Willingness to travel within the US as needed to customer locations (limited) 

Estimated Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000
Actual salary will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skill set and level of experience. This salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Strata also provides discretionary variable pay programs based on role. In addition, Strata provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits, health and welfare benefits, paid time off, parental leave, life and accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits.
