This role sits at the centre of delivering high-impact transformation programmes across multiple industries and client environments.

As a Manager, you will lead project teams, manage client engagements, and ensure high-quality delivery across complex initiatives. You will play a key role in driving outcomes, building strong client relationships, and developing consulting teams, while contributing to ongoing account growth.

Your impact at dss+

You will lead the delivery of consulting engagements, partnering closely with clients to solve complex operational and organisational challenges. You will oversee teams, manage delivery quality, and act as a trusted point of contact for client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading consulting teams and managing delivery across multiple project workstreams

  • Building strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders

  • Structuring and solving complex problems related to operational improvement, risk, or transformation

  • Overseeing project execution to ensure quality, impact, and timely delivery

  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing consultants through performance support and feedback

  • Supporting client discussions, proposals, and account growth opportunities

  • Ensuring alignment with dss+ methodologies and consistent delivery standards

Who you are

You bring strong leadership capability, a structured mindset, and the ability to work effectively with clients and teams in fast-paced environments. You are comfortable balancing delivery, team management, and stakeholder expectations.

Experience

  • Experience in management consulting, project leadership, or a related field

  • Proven experience managing project delivery and leading teams

  • Experience working on transformation, operational improvement, or change initiatives

  • Exposure to asset-intensive or operationally complex environments preferred

Capabilities

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities

  • Commercial awareness and structured problem-solving capability

  • Clear, confident communication with clients and team members

Education and languages

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree beneficial

  • Fluency in English required; additional languages beneficial

Mobility

Willingness to travel as required to support client engagements
