seoClarity is seeking a creative, curious, and tech-savvy Content Creator (Chicago-Based) to join our growing marketing team. We're looking for someone who can take a webinar, case study, success story, industry trend, or executive insight and transform it into a multi-channel content experience that reaches audiences wherever they consume information. You'll take webinars, case studies, industry trends, and executive insights and transform them into engaging, multi-channel content that helps great ideas travel further.

We care about visibility, not just social media. This role offers the opportunity to help shape how a leading enterprise SaaS organization tells its story, amplifies thought leadership, and builds authority across SEO, AI, and digital marketing communities. We're not looking for someone to simply create content. Content Creator (Chicago-based) Perks & Benefits

Content Creator (Chicago-based) Requirements
  • 1+ years of professional employment experience in content creation, content marketing, digital marketing, communications, journalism, social media, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, English, or a related field, preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing Generative AI tools to improve workflows, research, content ideation, or content scaling while maintaining quality, authenticity, and a human-first approach.
  • Creator DNA – Whether through a personal brand, content channel, newsletter, side project, podcast, blog, or professional experience, you genuinely enjoy creating content and understanding what makes audiences engage.
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, content optimization, content structure, and search visibility best practices. (REQUIRED)
  • Experience creating content across multiple formats, including blogs, thought leadership content, social media, video, webinars, newsletters, or executive communications.
  • Naturally curious and proactive with a desire to stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, AI developments, and evolving search behaviors.
  • Passion for content creation, storytelling, SEO, AI, digital marketing, and emerging technology trends.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging, audience-friendly content.

Content Creator (Chicago-based) Responsibilities

  • Transform webinars, case studies, research, customer success stories, and thought leadership initiatives into engaging multi-channel content.
  • Repurpose high-performing content into blogs, videos, LinkedIn posts, social content, newsletters, short-form assets, and emerging content formats.
  • Partner with subject matter experts, executives, and internal teams to translate technical SEO, AI, and digital marketing concepts into compelling stories.
  • Support executive thought leadership initiatives through content creation, social messaging, and content amplification.
  • Leverage Generative AI tools to support research, ideation, workflow efficiency, and content scaling while maintaining editorial quality.
  • Monitor industry conversations, AI developments, digital marketing trends, and search behavior changes to identify timely content opportunities.
  • Manage content calendars and publishing initiatives while balancing planned content with emerging trends.
  • Analyze engagement, visibility, and content performance metrics to help optimize future content strategy.
  • Help strengthen and evolve the seoClarity corporate voice across all channels and content formats.
