- Professional Experience: 1+ years of professional employment experience in content creation, content marketing, digital marketing, communications, journalism, social media, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, English, or a related field, preferred.
- SEO Fundamentals: Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, content optimization, content structure, and search visibility best practices. (REQUIRED)
- YouTube Strategy & Execution: Proven experience creating multi-format content, with a direct focus on leading, building, and executing YouTube content strategy from concept to production.
- Thought Leadership & Knowledge Extraction: Strong ability to ghostwrite and repurpose internal expertise - transforming long-form blogs, client meetings, and internal training sessions into high-impact LinkedIn posts, video snippets, and micro-messaging strategies that amplify executive and SME voices.
