We are expanding our global presence and are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Content Lead to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, coordinate, and execute the company’s Content Strategy across all regions and channels.
- Provide strategic input into content creation for major campaigns and projects.
- Define and optimize internal processes and workflows for efficient content production.
- Define the company’s brand voice and ensure that all produced content aligns with it.
- Understand the client profile by region and ensure content strategies reflect the company’s vision and stakeholder goals.
- Review all content to ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Work closely with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure all content meets regulatory requirements.
- Produce content for a variety of formats and platforms including web, email, newsletters, print, video, reports, social media, and press releases.
- Collaborate with design, social media, and video teams to ensure content adheres to creative and technical standards.
- Proactively brainstorm new content initiatives to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- 3–5 years of experience in content roles, with at least 1–3 years leading a content team.
- Proven experience in fintech, brokerage, or digital banking content creation is a must.
- Strong knowledge of content performance analytics (Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc.).
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and a solid understanding of UX copywriting principles.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
- Knowledge of HTML and CMS tools (WordPress, Webflow, or similar).
- Fluency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher), with the ability to brief, write, and communicate clearly.
Experience in building content strategy from scratch and familiarity with product ownership is a big plus.
