Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Corporate Brand Design Specialist to join our team. This role will support the maintenance and execution of our corporate brand identity across the organization. The ideal candidate is a creative, detail-oriented professional with strong graphic design skills who can produce high-quality marketing materials, ensure brand consistency, and "pull through" brand standards effectively. This position will focus on practical design execution and corporate-level brand support. The role combines creative graphic design, presentation development, and brand governance responsibilities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Primary Relationships
- Within Cristcot, the Corporate Brand Design Specialist will collaborate closely with the marketing, medical affairs, communications, HR and leadership teams.
- Outside Cristcot, the Corporate Brand Design Specialist will engage with external vendors.
Primary Job Responsibilities
The Corporate Brand Design Specialist will combine creative graphic design, presentation development, and brand governance responsibilities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
The activities of the Corporate Brand Design Specialist will include, but are not limited to:
- Create and design professional presentation decks (primarily in Microsoft PowerPoint) for corporate leadership, internal communications, executive briefings, and external stakeholder meetings.
- Produce and edit graphic design assets, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, infographics, digital banners, social media graphics, internal signage, templates, and other marketing collateral.
- Serve as a key "pull through" resource for the company, ensuring marketing materials, communications, and initiatives align with and reinforce corporate brand standards.
- Maintain and enforce brand standardization across departments by reviewing materials, providing guidance, and implementing consistent visual and messaging guidelines.
- Update and apply brand guidelines in all created assets to preserve brand integrity and visual consistency.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, medical affairs, communications, HR, leadership) to understand needs and deliver on-brand creative solutions quickly and accurately.
- Manage multiple design requests with strong attention to detail, meeting tight deadlines in a hands-on capacity.
- Support ad-hoc corporate brand projects, including template creation, asset library maintenance, and minor brand-related administrative tasks.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in brand coordination, marketing design, or creative services.
- Familiarity with other design tools (e.g., Canva) or presentation platforms is a plus.
- Proven hands-on experience in graphic design and presentation creation within a corporate or marketing environment.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign and Photoshop; Illustrator a plus) for graphic design work.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint for building polished, professional decks and presentations.
- Solid understanding of brand guidelines, visual identity systems, and maintaining consistency across multiple channels and departments.
- Excellent eye for design, typography, layout, color theory, and brand-aligned aesthetics.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong time management skills to juggle multiple priorities.
