About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Corporate Events Specialist to support the planning and execution of our global events program. Reporting to the Corporate Events Manager, this role will play a critical part in delivering exceptional event experiences across industry conferences, customer events, executive programs, roadshows, and strategic brand activations.

The ideal candidate is passionate about event management, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys coordinating multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of global events, including industry conferences, trade shows and regional roadshows.
  • Assist with event logistics, including venue coordination, registration management, shipping, travel arrangements, and onsite support.
  • Coordinate event timelines, project plans, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist with managing vendor communications, contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Coordinate event materials, giveaways, signage, booth assets, and promotional items.
  • Support onsite event execution, including booth setup, staff coordination, and issue resolution.
  • Support lead management processes and post-event follow-up activities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in event marketing, event coordination, corporate events, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and partner portals.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to support onsite event execution.

A reasonable estimate of the total compensation for this role, at the time of posting, is $75,000 - $100,000. Cato operates from a high place of trust and transparency; we are happy to state the pay range for our open roles to best align with your needs. Exact compensation may vary based on skill set, experience, location, training, and certifications. If your requirements fall outside of this range, you are still welcome to apply.
