The Role We Want You For

As the Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting and providing guidance, support, and coordination in the consistent and effective application of practices within the Talent Management Recruiting department. This includes, but is not limited to, sourcing, recruiting, scheduling, interviewing, placing advertisements, networking, and managing candidates through every stage of the hiring process. The Corporate Recruiter will be required to proactively identify, attract, and successfully on-board the nation’s top industry professionals. In this role, you will serve as essential personnel and often the first point of contact for potential employees.

This is a highly visible, on-site position that works in partnership with our enterprise leaders to help grow our amazing company!

The Specifics of the Role

  • Conduct candidate screenings
  • Conduct reference checking
  • Handle confidential material and information
  • Write offer letters
  • Coordinate travel
  • Participate in new hire onboarding / orientations
  • Assist in college recruiting events

Requirements

  • 6 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business, or related major
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs
  • Proven history of conducting effective proactive recruiting efforts.
  • Ability to make cold calls to passive industry professionals
  • Adaptable and consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
  • Superior time management skills
  • Very high organization and multi-task capability
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Travel to events and college fairs when needed

Compensation

  • The salary range for this position considers a wide range of factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: Education, qualifications, skills, training, experience, certifications, internal equity, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The Clayco Nationwide salary range for this position is approximately $70,000 - $90,000 +/- annually (not adjusted for location).
