- Develop corporate strategy to support capital allocation for revenue growth and maximizing company valuation
- Identification and evaluation of potential acquisitions and strategic partnerships that can support or extend HERE's strategy
The Role:
HERE is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to play a key role in developing HERE's strategy. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Lead strategy projects and work closely with internal stakeholders such as Product and Finance teams
- Develop and present strategic insights and findings to C-suite executives for decision making
- Create alignment on strategic recommendations and shape the path to execution
- Structure complex problems, perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to develop insights
Who are you?
You have passion for Technology, experience with developing long-term corporate strategy and enjoy solving complex business problems
- Minimal 4 years work experience of which:
- 1-2 years at a Management Consulting firm (e.g., BCG, McKinsey, Bain), or
- 3-4 years at Technology Consulting firm (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte), or
- 4+ years in Corporate Strategy role in Technology sector
- MBA from a top tier university
- Ability to work highly independent with regular engagement and direction from senior leaders in the company
- Ability to synthesize solutions based on thoughtful analysis (both quantitatively and qualitatively)
- Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis to support strategy decision making
