Department Overview
The Worldwide Sales Effectiveness & Enablement organization is a business team that leads the strategy, development, and delivery of sales tools & processes that enable an efficient, effective selling organization. This group is responsible for everyday sales tools our sellers, customers and partners use to drive Sales Growth, including: CRM solutions (Salesforce.com) and quoting solutions (Oracle’s Configure-Price-Quote). As a business team, it is our mission to help deliver the best set of tools, data & processes that will enable our Worldwide Sales organization to drive continuous sales growth.
Job Description

The CPQ Business Analyst is pivotal in leading the deployment and optimization of new offers and enhancements to our global quoting and ordering tool to empower our salesforce to "sell more" and "sell faster." This role will spearhead initiatives aimed at enabling offers and improving our tool.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategy, design, and implementation of sales & selling tools such as CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote) and OCC (Oracle Commerce Cloud)

  • Strategically plan and oversee the launch of new Software, Mobile Video, and Cybersecurity offers to diverse user groups, ensuring alignment with business objectives

  • Represent Sales Teams by collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Orderability, Product Managers, Finance, Sales Sales Operations, IT, and others to drive and achieve strategic projects to improve the sales experience

  • Develop and implement advanced offers and enhancements tailored for internal and external users across all business regions

  • Gather high-level business requirements and develop innovative business processes as part of strategic design activities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on go-to-market processes and channel strategies, providing strategic insights and guidance

  • Develop comprehensive use cases, test scenarios, and guide the creation of test scripts; Oversee user acceptance testing to ensure top-tier functionality

  • Author and maintain high-quality business process, present, and deliver training to sales stakeholders

  • Establish and execute robust business readiness plans for tool or new capability launches, encompassing change management, communication, and support strategies

  • Formulate and drive strategies to enhance tool adoption, streamline efficiencies, and maximize benefits for the Sales team

Specific Knowledge & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree; advanced degrees or relevant certifications a plus

  • 2+ years of experience in  Business Operations, Sales, Product Planning, and/or related strategic roles

  • Demonstrated experience in Project Management, with a strong preference for those with a track record of managing large-scale, and complex projects

  • Exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills, with the capability to manage and prioritize multiple strategic initiatives under tight deadlines

  • Highly self-motivated, with the ability to operate independently and provide strategic direction in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Proven ability to foster collaborative and effective working relationships, building consensus and driving strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams including regional sales operations, channel operations, IT, Software Enterprise, Services, Drop Ship, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Presales, Order Management, Post Sales, Supply Chain, and Credit

  • Keen attention to detail and complex problem-solving abilities from both an operational and strategic perspective

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey large-scale complex concepts to a diverse audience

  • Experience working with ERP systems, Salesforce CRM, and other Business Operations IT applications

Target Base Salary Range: $56,900 - $105,300 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
