The representative reviews and validates credit balances, researches issues, notates accounts, processes refunds, and maintains departmental compliance while informing supervisors of concerns.
- Review daily credit balances to determine the validity of the credit balance and obtains the associated EOB’s to validate.
- Researches and identifies issues and problems contributing to credit balances.
- Notates accounts in detail regarding the happenings of credit balances.
- Puts required data together for any refund that has been validated.
- Maintains compliance with all established departmental benchmarks including, but not limited to, accuracy and daily productivity.
- Keeps Supervisor informed of areas of concern and problems identified. Notifies Supervisor of any delays in refund processing.
- Performs other tasks as assigned to support the goals of the organization.
Pay Rate:$16-19 per hour
