The CRM Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing, coordinating and deploying CRM communications and lifecycle marketing journeys. This role ensures that email, SMS, automation workflows, triggers, and audience-based communications are built accurately, launched on time, and supported by clear process and operational structure.

This role is highly execution-focused and plays an important part in keeping lifecycle marketing projects organized, consistent, and achieving business goals. The CRM Marketing Specialist partners closely with lifecycle, growth, creative, data, and digital ecosystem teams to execute journey builds, campaign deployment, automation workflows, and communication plans.

Core Responsibilities

CRM Execution - Braze

Act as the Braze expert within the Lifecycle Marketing workflow. Build, QA test, schedule, and deploy CRM communications within Braze and connected systems across approved channels, including email, SMS, web, mobile app and automated lifecycle journeys. Ensure communications are accurate, aligned to the brief, and delivered according to timeline.

Journey Builds & Automation Workflows

Build and maintain lifecycle journeys, nurture flows, triggered communications, and automation workflows. Ensure journeys are structured clearly, tested appropriately, and updated as business needs evolve. Support Own audience segmentation expertise, list preparation, and deployment activities in partnership with lifecycle and data teams.

Trigger Management

Help Own communication triggers, audience rules, timing logic, and workflow conditions. Partner with lifecycle and data teams to ensure the right messages are reaching the right audiences at the right time.

Workflow Management, Project Management & Operational Support

Maintain process consistency across CRM work, including intake, build timelines, QA steps, approvals, deployment readiness, and post-launch follow-up. Help keep projects organized and ensure action items are tracked through completion. Support project management needs as assigned, including coordinating timelines, tracking deliverables, and helping move cross-functional work forward. Support basic campaign performance reporting and provide execution-level insights to lifecycle marketing stakeholders.

Communication Deployment

Coordinate campaign and lifecycle communication deployment across teams. Support send readiness, final checks, list validation, scheduling, and launch execution.

Systems Coordination

Work within CRM, automation, project management, and reporting systems to support consistent execution. Help identify process gaps, workflow issues, or operational improvements that can make CRM execution more efficient and reliable. Serve as primary user of CRM and marketing automation platforms, supporting campaign configuration, audience deployment, workflow maintenance, and platform execution activities.

Required Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM marketing (Braze experience a plus), email marketing, marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, or related digital marketing roles.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to established processes.

  • Experience executing email, SMS, and/or automated marketing campaigns within Braze or a related CRM or marketing automation platform.

  • Experience building, testing, scheduling, and deploying marketing communications.

  • Experience working with audience segmentation, list management, and campaign deployment processes.

  • Experience coordinating projects and working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, data, and technology teams.

  • Experience using CRM and/or marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, Iterable, Adobe Campaign, or similar systems.

  • Familiarity with customer journey workflows, trigger-based communications, and lifecycle marketing concepts.

  • Experience performing campaign QA, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment validation.

  • Working knowledge of project management and workflow tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Wrike, or similar platforms.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace applications.

  • Ability to travel up to 10% as required.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience executing complex Lifecycle Marketing projects within Braze

  • Experience supporting customer lifecycle, retention, membership, or subscription-based marketing programs.

  • Experience working with SMS marketing platforms.

  • Experience using CRM reporting and campaign performance dashboards.

  • Familiarity with audience segmentation and customer data concepts.

  • Basic understanding of HTML and email template editing.

  • Experience working in highly regulated, compliance-driven, or fast-paced marketing environments.

Compensation
  • Target Salary Range = $60,000 - $70,000
  • Eligible for Company Incentive Bonus
