Owns CRM data operations from client discovery through production execution. Responsibilities include documenting CRM structures, profiling and improving data quality, defining warehouse mappings, building actionable segments, coordinating ingestion with engineering and data science, and safely executing bulk loads, extracts, deduplication, upserts, and write-backs. The role requires strong client-facing consulting, CRM administration, data operations, SQL, and mapping documentation skills.

Our product runs on our clients' data, and that data lives in their CRM. This role owns it end to end.

You'll work directly with clients to understand what's in their CRM — Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho or whatever else they run on — diagnose the data quality problems, define how it maps into our warehouse, and turn it into segments our campaign teams can act on. Once a client is live, you own the ongoing execution: loads, extracts, dedupes and segment builds.

Internally, you'll work closely with our data engineering and data science teams, giving them the inputs they need to build and run ingestion from each client CRM into our warehouse.

This role needs both kinds of strength. You need the technical depth to profile CRM data at scale and safely load it into a production instance, and the client-facing judgment to turn what you find into recommendations a client will act on.

Responsibilities

•     Run discovery sessions with a client's sales, marketing and technical teams to understand how their CRM is actually used, and serve as our technical lead in the client relationship

•     Document CRM structure: object models, custom objects and fields, picklists, record types, relationships, automations and integrations

•     Profile CRM records across standard and custom objects for completeness, duplication, staleness, formatting inconsistency, invalid values and broken relationships, and quantify what you find

•     Recommend how to address what you find, and take those recommendations to the client: what they need to fix at source, what we can resolve on our side, and what to exclude

•     Translate available data into segments that are both technically buildable and commercially meaningful, in partnership with our campaign teams

•     Build source-to-target field mappings into our data warehouse, specifying transformation logic, data types, picklist normalization, null handling, identity resolution keys and sync cadence

•     Partner with data engineering and data science on the ingestion build, supplying the field definitions, business logic, sample data and validation rules they need, and stay engaged through build, testing and reconciliation

•     Load records into client CRMs and extract them back out at volume, using native tools, data loaders and REST/Bulk APIs, owning staging, dry runs, dedupe rules and rollback plans

Requirements

•     5+ years in RevOps, marketing ops, GTM engineering, solutions consulting, sales engineering or CRM consulting, with real operational ownership

•     Direct experience owning client relationships and leading client-facing engagements

•     Ability to run a discovery session with a skeptical stakeholder and leave with better information than you came in with

•     Comfortable presenting evaluation findings and recommendations to client stakeholders, including when those findings are critical of their existing data or processes

•     At leasts 3 years of deep, hands-on experience with at least two major CRMs (Salesforce and HubSpot preferred): object models, admin configuration, import/export tooling, REST and Bulk APIs

•     Proven bulk data operations at volume: loads, upserts, merges, dedupes and write-backs into production systems, with the judgment to do them safely

•     Data quality experience: profiling, deduplication, standardization, enrichment, identity resolution

•     SQL proficiency and strong spreadsheet skills

•     Experience producing source-to-target mapping documentation for an engineering audience

•     Clear written communication

Preferred requirements

•     Working knowledge of GoHighLevel, Zoho, Dynamics, Pipedrive or Close

•     Python or similar for profiling, transformation scripts and API-driven bulk operations

•     Familiarity with warehouse and ELT stacks — we use Databricks, dbt and Fivetran, though experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift or Airbyte translates well

•     Experience in commercial real estate or real estate: CRM, data or operations work in the industry

•     Comfortable using AI tools to move faster on the work — profiling data, drafting mapping documentation, making sense of unfamiliar CRM schemas and scripting one-off transformations
