We are looking for a customer service officer with superior communication skills and a great work ethic to join Titan Security. As the customer service officer, you will work directly with tenants to meet their needs, answer their questions and provide support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and assist tenants and visitors, in a friendly and efficient manner, leaving a positive first impression.
- Take ownership of the lobby area to ensure cleanliness and comfort of tenants and visitors
- Act as a primary resource for tenant and visitor inquiries regarding building related questions.
- Answer internal/external calls and redirect calls to appropriate tenant contact or department
- Assist with deliveries of meals, packages, etc.
- Effectively utilize access control systems, visitor management systems and CCTV systems as needed.
- Identify all tenants and/or visitors upon arrival.
- Ensure visitors and vendors are properly signed in prior to accessing the building.
- Monitor security cameras that are within the facility.
- Respond to incidents including property emergencies.
- Ability to stand/sit/walk for extended periods of time.
- Maintain clear, accurate logs pertaining to people or property including packages.
- Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty.
- Provide assistance with administrative duties and special projects as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS AND BENEFITS
Required Qualifications :
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC), including state accredited training requirements.
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which include standing and foot patrols (up to 5 mi per shift), walking up and down stairs, perimeter patrols in increment weather; responsibilities can include lifting 50+ lbs
- Customer service experience a must: barista, hostess, front desk, receptionist, reservationist, CSR
Preferred Qualifications of Security Officers:
- 1 year experience in a customer service, retail, hotel or restaurant position.
- Bi-lingual considered a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
