CTIO - Global Product Manager - Director

The Opportunity
As a Global Product Manager - Director, you will lead the charge in developing innovative software solutions and driving product innovation to meet the evolving needs of clients. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will act as the general manager for commercial and internal products, sitting at the intersection of business, user experience, and technology to solve customer and end-user challenges. Your role involves designing, developing, and managing activities for specific products from definition through production, release, and end of life, confirming they meet market demands and contribute to business growth.
As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions while overseeing multiple projects. You are expected to be a guardian of PwC's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset are foundational to our success. You will cultivate potential in others and actively collaborate across the PwC Network, leveraging our collective strength to maximize client satisfaction. In this role, you will drive thought leadership, promote technological advances, and create an environment where people and technology thrive together.
Responsibilities
- Leading product management initiatives from definition through release and end-of-life stages
- Driving business growth by identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successful products
- Translating strategic vision into actionable product roadmaps and inspiring teams to follow
- Managing product lifecycle activities including modifications, upgrades, and maintenance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product strategies with business objectives
- Utilizing AI fluency and agile methodology to enhance product development processes
- Conducting competitive analysis and market research to inform product strategy and pricing
- Promoting technological advances and fostering environments where people and technology thrive together
- Developing commercialization and go-to-market plans for commercial products
- Mentoring and cultivating potential in team members to drive innovation and creativity
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $423,780. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $504,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
