Manages a portfolio of medium sales market client accounts by building strong relationships and gaining a deep understanding of client needs. Ensures the delivery of tailored products and solutions that align with clients' strategic objectives. Identifies and drives growth opportunities within existing accounts and converts business from competitors through proactive communication, market analysis, and client feedback. Facilitates upsell and cross-sell initiatives to boost revenue and client engagement. Collaborates with internal teams including sales, marketing, and product development to ensure timely and effective execution of client requests and projects, enhancing communication and coordination. Tracks and analyzes data and account performance metrics within CRM or other systems, manages a robust pipeline of opportunities and leads, maintains accurate data, and generates reports to provide insights into account performance, growth potential, and strategic recommendations.

The Client Success Manager serves as the primary operational partner for assigned strategic accounts, ensuring alignment between customer demand, internal operations, and business objectives. This role is responsible for driving customer success through proactive forecasting, operational planning, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous process improvement to deliver exceptional service and operational execution.

What You Will Do 

  • Partner with strategic accounts to manage demand forecasting, pipeline visibility, inventory planning, and production readiness to support ongoing business and future projects.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for customers and distributors by leading routine business reviews, communicating updates, and ensuring proactive support throughout the order lifecycle.
  • Monitor order activity, shipment risks, and operational challenges while collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and support successful project execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, pricing, supply chain, product management, and other internal stakeholders to support customer requirements, pricing requests, and project execution.
  • Drive operational excellence by analyzing account performance, improving processes, maintaining accurate reporting and forecasting data, and ensuring execution to established service level expectations.

What You Will Bring 

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree. 
  • Experience: 2-4 years in related role providing support to clients and sales teams.
  • Skills: Strong time management, communication, and organization skills.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000. This role qualifies for a sales incentive plan. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
