Position Description:

Bridg, part of PAR Technology, is an enterprise identity resolution, data and onboarding platform. Using our exclusive offline identity resolution capabilities along with clients' point-of-sale (POS) data, we help retailers significantly expand their first-party data — identifying unknown customers and enriching the understanding of loyalty members — ensure reporting transparency and create new monetization opportunities with their brand and advertiser partners.

The Bridg Customer Success (CS) team manages all aspects of client relationships post-sale, guiding clients through Bridg's client engagement model and ensuring they achieve maximum value from their investment. The team acts as the link between the customer and the company — understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and offering ongoing support.

The Bridg Customer Success team is looking for a Customer Success Manager to support successful partnerships with national restaurant, CPG, and retail brands. In this role, you will help manage day-to-day client operations and requests, learning Bridg's client engagement model and products while assisting senior team members in driving client satisfaction, usage, and retention. This is a strong entry point into customer success within retail media and data, with room to grow into a full Customer Success Manager role.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and terminology (e.g., 1PD/3PD, martech/adtech platforms, Customer Data Platforms) is a plus, with eagerness to build deeper expertise on the job.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple client requests and tasks at once.
