Key Accountabilities

  • Partner with clients to develop strategies for best use of the product, so they are optimizing their resources via the product and internally; ensure customers are well-engaged and well-trained
  • Develop and execute best-in-class customer trainings post-implementation
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally to project manage issues and help prioritize product requests
  • Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews with clients
  • Proactively manage 40-50 accounts to ensure engagement, positive NPS, and renewal
  • Identify opportunities for upsell alongside sales and account management team
  • Design and implement the tooling for client specific (and general customer) KPIs
  • Ensure that all clients are as up-to-date as possible with all of p-44’s product offerings and applicable versions
  • Participate in planned and ad-hoc internal projects to drive internal efficiency and reduce timeline and/or customer thrashing

 Requirements & Preferred Skills

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, sometimes on short notice
  • Experience & comfort working in a rapid-growth environment
  • 3-5 years of experience working with enterprise (or SMB) customers in Account Management or Client Success roles
  • Experience with freight logistics, strongly preferred
  • Highly strategic & consultative, using data to identify people, process, and technology improvements
  • Comfort building executive and daily operations level relationships
  • Champion (with passion) and own customer accounts, issues, and requests; drive operations excellence
  • Ability to manage own workload (multi-task) and flex up as demand fluctuates
  • Ability to proactively identify and communicate customer risks and opportunities to the organization and senior leadership
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
