Position Overview:
The EDI Support Specialist will implement and support straightforward file transfers, as well as receive, prioritize, and document third-party vendor file specifications.
Location: Remote
Reports To: Manager Programming Benefits
Responsibilities:
The below represents the primary duties of the position, others may be assigned as needed. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. - Monitor and maintain team inboxes.
- Configure and test straightforward file transfers, primarily to Spending Account (TPA) and COBRA providers.
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to perform technical and non-technical support to high-volume Spending Account (TPA) and COBRA providers and customers.
- Perform relationship support to prioritize and set timing expectations for customer projects.
Requirements:
- Comfortable with client contact; strong customer service skills
- Basic project management skills
- Computer skills, including familiarity with web-based applications and MS Office programs required.
- Work overtime as needed, especially during high volume periods
Preferred Skills:
- Benefits experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Solid understanding of Excel preferred

- Team Player, collaborating with others to make awesome happen
- Self-Motivated – you like to work hard, play hard.
- Adaptable – quick feet! You can shift priorities if needed.
- Highly Organized – detail-oriented is your thing!
- MS Office applications - are no sweat when it comes to your skillset
