Responsibilities:- Work closely with traders and developers to solve both functional and technical issues
- Clearly define and document all issues
- Manage multiple incidents simultaneously in a high pressure environment
- Effectively and thoroughly inform customers of incident progress
- Analyze log files to with intent to define and/or resolve issues.
- Replicate customer software issues to diagnose and resolve issues quickly
- Test software functionality and participate in reproducing software issues as necessary
- Sunday-Thursday shift
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Finance
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong teamwork orientation, interaction and collaboration
- A willingness to learn the mechanics underlying modern electronic trading
