- Run and distribute scheduled reports from internal systems
- Write or modify basic SQL queries (training and mentorship provided)
- Use Excel for data cleanup, formatting, and analysis (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables preferred)
- Maintain reporting accuracy and documentation
- Support ad hoc data requests from leadership
- Answer incoming calls and route appropriately
- Assist with shared inbox management
- Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and documentation
- Support general administrative needs across departments
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Technology, or related field
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Comfortable multi-tasking & handling multiple portfolios
- Assisting with special projects when needed
- Exposure to SQL (academic or internship experience acceptable)
- Familiarity with databases or reporting systems
- 0–2 years of professional experience
- $19 - $22 per hour (DOE)
