Strengthen the operational stability, scalability, and overall impact of the GCC by incorporating an entry
level, non-analytical operational support resource focused on executing repetitive, low judgment data
processes. This enables the GCC to focus its analytical capability on high value, business impact
initiatives while reducing operational risk.
Organizational Value
1. Enables the GCC to focus analytical capacity on value added initiatives, insights generation,
and strategic support.
2. Mitigates single point dependency by ensuring consistent execution of core operational
processes.
3. Adds execution capacity at a low cost, avoiding the use of analytical roles for operational work.
4. Introduces a basic role separation between operational execution and analytical work, aligned
with mature GCC operating models.

What You'll Bring:

Key Responsibilities

1. Execute recurring operational data processes such as file downloads, uploads, and refreshes

2. Run existing scripts, queries, or processes following documented procedures

3. Prepare data inputs using standardized templates

4. Perform basic data integrity checks including format, completeness, and expected volumes

5. Maintain calendars for recurring processes and deliverables

6. Distribute standard reports through defined channels

7. Log operational activities and maintain basic SOP documentation

8. Identify and escalate operational issues to ensure continuity

Impact You'll Make:

Requirements

Education

• Student or recent graduate in related fields such as Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, or similar

Technical Basics

• Fundamental Excel skills, including the use of filters, formatting and basic table creation are required.
• Experience with file and folder management in shared or collaborative environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Power Query and DAX is required.
• Basic understanding of data analysis or reporting concepts is a plus but not mandatory.
• Knowledge in Python and SQL is considered a valuable asset (nice to have).
