In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the collection, analysis, and reporting of data for our energy efficiency programs. You’ll play a crucial part in program evaluation and reporting while revealing process improvements through insightful data analysis. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manages and implements program data verification processes across multiple programs and clients.
  • Manages daily Salesforce operations, including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Optimize Salesforce environment(s) to support business operations and strategic initiatives .
  • Configures Salesforce objects, fields, and page layouts.
  • Participate in Salesforce release management, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Diagnoses and troubleshoots application issues to determine root cause of problems or malfunctions. Proactively identifies and scopes database enhancement opportunities.
  • Provide day-to-day user support, addressing user inquiries, resolving general user issues, and assisting in user training and onboarding
  • Creates and maintains comprehensive process documentation.
  • Generates weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports to audit, monitor & measure performance, and relevant metrics.  
  • Coordinates across multiple organizations and departments and responsible for communication of relevant information.
  • Analyzes complex sets of data and develops reporting tools in Excel and various ecommerce software systems to support program operations, summarizes findings and improves data processes.  
  • Provides analysis and supports accurate forecasting for internal use and to inform clients and partners of program projections.   
  • Supports program evaluation efforts and identifies opportunities for process improvement.  
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and previous data related experience is required
  • Prior basic Salesforce administration experience (Configuring users, objects, fields, and page layouts)
  • Proficient skills with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.

Preferred skills, education and experience

  • Certified Salesforce Associate or Administrator
  • Prior experience with Power BI, Tableau, Azure or other dashboarding/data management tools

Compensation & Benefits

Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position.  The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $70k-$80K.  In addition to base pay, employees are eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.  The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position.  Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location. 

We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes three weeks of paid vacation per year; paid holidays; a 401(k)-retirement plan with employer matching; health, dental and vision insurance; and other supplemental benefits. 

Employment with Resource Innovations is contingent upon the successful completion of a comprehensive background check and reference check. If applicable to the position, a pre-employment drug screen may also be required.
