What We Need: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help drive strategic decisions and optimize business performance. The Data Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, build dashboards, and support data-driven initiatives across the organization. 

What You Will Do: 

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. 
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Sigma to communicate insights to stakeholders. 
  • Collaborate with business units to understand data needs and translate them into analytical solutions. 
  • Perform ad hoc analyses to support operational and strategic initiatives. 
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement. 
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems and reporting tools. 
  • Support data governance and documentation efforts, including data dictionaries and process documentation. 
  • Partner with IT and operations to improve data infrastructure and reporting capabilities. 

What You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role, preferably in healthcare, logistics, or call center environments. 
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel, with experience using data visualization platforms (e.g., Sigma, Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau). 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. 
  • Experience working with large datasets and enterprise systems such as ERP or CRM platforms. 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights. 
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques. 
  • Lean Sigma certification preferred – Yellow or Green Belt.
