We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into actionable insights, support data-driven decision-making, and contribute to business growth by improving reporting and analysis capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
- Analyze trends, patterns, and business performance to provide actionable insights.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for leadership.
- Automate recurring data processes and improve efficiency in reporting workflows.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business, finance, operations) to optimize data-driven processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Solid understanding of statistical techniques and data modeling.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
