About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into actionable insights, support data-driven decision-making, and contribute to business growth by improving reporting and analysis capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
  • Analyze trends, patterns, and business performance to provide actionable insights.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for leadership.
  • Automate recurring data processes and improve efficiency in reporting workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business, finance, operations) to optimize data-driven processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Solid understanding of statistical techniques and data modeling.
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
