  •  Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across implementations
  •  Build dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Looker Studio and Tableau
Client Engagement & Business Development

  •  Help shape and expand Forum One’s analytics offerings and consulting capabilities
Team Management
  • Manage and mentor a small team of analysts
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and professional development support
  • Help balance workloads across multiple client engagements
  • Foster a collaborative, learning-oriented team environment
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in digital analytics, data strategy, or marketing analytics
  •  Experience in a consulting, agency, or professional services environment
  •  Experience supporting nonprofit and/or public sector clients
  •  Strong client management, communication, and consulting skills
  •  Experience leading analytics workstreams across multiple projects
  •  Experience with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, Tableau, and related analytics platforms
  •  Familiarity with AI visibility and emerging analytics trends preferred
  •  Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  •  U.S. citizen or legal resident able to work domestically
  •  Ability to attain a low-level security clearance
