About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data & Customer Support Assistant to support daily database management and customer service operations. This role involves handling data-related tasks, identifying and correcting system errors, and responding to customer inquiries related to company policies and support processes.

The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with data systems and email-based customer support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with databases to download, organize, and manage data

Requirements
