Our procurement and planning teams depend on technology, data, and analytics to ensure that facilities, dealers, and customers receive the parts they need to do their work. We are seeking an experienced digital data platform manager for our supply data platforms. In this role, you will lead a team of 5 data stewards who are responsible for ensuring data platforms follow the enterprise data strategy for application and business insights consumption. The team is responsible for ensuring interoperability with other enterprise data domains and the reuse of data views for consistent use of data across the enterprise. The team is responsible for implementing data normalization rules and quality gates to deliver high data quality to the enterprise. This position involves implementing data governance policies, maintaining the integrity of data assets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize the value and accuracy of enterprise supply chain data.

What You Will Do:
- Manages all aspects of the supply chain data platforms; establishes and maintains policies and procedures for planning, designing and maintaining a data platform to ensure that data services are delivered in a high-quality and profitable manner.
- Managing resources efficiently to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to a high standard.
- Overseeing the performance of both individual team members and the team as a whole, fostering a culture of learning by identifying and addressing training and development needs.
- Drive innovation by evaluating and deploying new technologies to strengthen digital capabilities and meet department goals, while leading process improvements and automation to boost efficiency
- Partnering with business process and Information Technology teams to align on priorities and resolve issues
- Maintain and communicate operational metrics on a monthly basis to stakeholders
What You Will Have:
- Education/Experience: The position typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, or a business-related degree with progressively responsible job-related experience.
- Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts; adapts documents and correspondence for intended audience, Demonstrates both empathy and assertiveness when communicating a need.
- Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches and tools for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving problems; organizes problem solvers and leads to resolution; analyzes and synthesizes information, and devises alternative resolution strategies.
- Requirements Analysis: Plays a leading role in recording and storing requirement documents; produces detailed functional and information requirements models and documentation
- Technical Troubleshooting: Discovers, analyzes, and resolves hardware, software, or application problem; analyzes code, logs, and current systems as part of advanced troubleshooting

- The primary location for this position is Peoria, IL
- This role requires 5 days a week in office
