• Develop and architect solutions to streamline processes across the organization to resolve issues with performance, capacity, and scalability.
• Implement cutting edge Generative AI solutions and their deployment on the AWS cloud to advance technological capabilities and position these solutions for potential organization-wide scaling.
• Support process enhancement and set a precedent for future automation and AI adoption.
• Leverage AI and LLM to automate log analysis, reduce investigation times, and automate complex root cause analysis.
• Lead technical initiatives to promote CI/CD best practices for scalable model deployment.
• Construct Apache Airflow ETL pipelines and novel NLP scoring systems to streamline customer satisfaction analytics and reporting.
• Deploy advanced clustering algorithms on high-velocity data streams to reduce operational incidents and improve technical support operations.
• Telecommuting permitted 2 to 3 days per week.

Target Base Salary Range: $117,957 to $131,800 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate

• Masters degree + 2 years of experience or
• Bachelors degree + 3 years experience.
