Marketo and Analytics Manager
Position Overview:
The fast-paced Corptax marketing team is expanding to further drive revenue-creation activities and to support the increasing needs of our fast growing company. This role is responsible for compiling data from marketing technology, CRM, and other sources in order to provide analytics and analysis of KPIs as well as overall campaign effectiveness. This role will also be responsible for growing and maintaining our Marketo platform. The ideal candidate will have experience managing Marketo and Google Analytics. Google Data Studio and CRM experience are a plus!
Essential Functions:
Using a sustainable and consistent process, establish and report on KPIs using data from multiple source systems to accurately communicate information/results
Measure and report on marketing effectiveness and perform periodic analysis of sales/CRM data to identify areas of opportunity with customers and to generate new leads
Pull engagement reports for all traditional and digital marketing activities and prepare them for distribution to stakeholders
Manage administration and expanded use of Marketo as the marketing automation platform, ensuring scalability, efficiency, best practices, and innovative approaches.
Building and reporting on nurture and Engagement programs, and optimizing Marketo campaigns.
Monitor Google Analytics and deliver actionable insights to internal stakeholders that will increase the success of marketing outcomes
Visualize and present key findings in ways that non-analytics team members can absorb and use to improve their effectiveness
Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, or related field
2-3 years of experience in a business intelligence, insights, trend analysis, marketing, digital strategy, or related field
Minimum 2 years working with Marketo – certification preferred but not required
Marketing operations experience as it relates to email nurturing, funnel optimization, and database management.
Expertise with Google Analytics, Data Studio and Google Ads
Experience with CRM reporting (NetSuite or similar)
Able to examine data and make recommendations to improve project results going forward
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.) and demonstrated experience in analysis, research, and presentation creation
Experience with Domo, Alteryx, Tableau or similar is a plus
A passion for analytics
Strong collaborator and able to effectively manage multiple projects with multiple contributors
Solid math skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Energetic self-starter able to work autonomously and follow up on assigned projects
Experience/fundamental understanding of SEO/SEM is a plus
Experience with WordPress or similar CMS and WYSIWYG editors is a plus
