Cumberland - a DRW Company is the cryptoasset arm of DRW, established in 2014 after early interest in cryptoassets and their underlying technology. Today, Cumberland is a global leader in cryptoassets, uniquely positioned between the traditional financial markets and the cryptoasset ecosystem. From our offices in Chicago, London and Singapore, we specialize in providing 24-hour institutional sized liquidity in all cryptoassets.

The Strategic Initiatives Analyst will be focused on both the analysis of new business opportunities and the project management of various strategic initiatives in the cryptoassets space.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, analyze and execute on potential new business opportunities
  • Partner closely with senior management on strategic projects across the company
  • Coordinate across departments and offices (Chicago, Singapore and London) to complete internal and external company initiatives
  • Work with various stakeholders to coordinate strategy and deliverables for cross-functional teams
  • Manage a portfolio of initiatives and drive complex projects with other team members

Required Skills & Experience: 

  • BA/BS degree; MBA preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to understand new concepts and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • A positive, team-player attitude

 Bonus Points for:

  • Previous experience in financial services industry or previous experience working for a fintech firm or other high-growth company
  • A passion for cryptoassets and the role they play in global markets
