Throughout this Delivery Analyst Rotational Program you’ll dive head-first into a variety of roles which have been selected to help you learn and master a broad range of software delivery and consulting skills over a ~2 year period. Each of these roles is critical to the success of our cross-functional delivery teams on our client projects. Whether driving requirements gathering or preparing for a Production release, our people are passionate about defying expectations. 

You’ll collaborate closely with different team members, clients, and colleagues as you sample various roles, industries, and products. We can promise that with each rotation you’ll be challenged to think differently and develop new skills. This program is here to support and empower you to see two worlds -- from the details of a design to the birds eye view of a large, high-functioning client project. 

At the end of this program you’ll gain a broad understanding of our business, software delivery and consulting. The experiences you create and the lessons learned will enable you to have greater flexibility and an attuned perspective as you grow your career at Kin + Carta. Your network will rally around you, your passions, and your strengths, and will work closely to help you determine your specialty “best fit”. We would like to emphasize that your career path at Kin + Carta is not set in stone. As an outcome of this program, your diverse and broad background will give you immense flexibility in pursuing subsequent roles. You will also receive a tailored training program and team building experiences valued at $5,000 per fiscal year.

• Program Analyst
• Product Strategy Analyst
• Product Quality Analyst
• User Experience Operations Analyst

What we are looking for in you:

• Bachelor’s degree graduate
• Enthusiastically curious, and excited about constant learning and development
• Driven and dedicated, even when the path may be ambiguous
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills
• Exercised problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong work ethic and commitment to the client solution and deliverables
• Highly motivated self starter, a team player who works well on cross functional teams
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (plan, design, development, testing, and deployment) and ability to work with both the business and technology teams is a plus but not required
