Demand Planning Associate

Who We’re Looking For - Reporting to the Associate Director, Formulations Demand Planning we are seeking a Demand Planning Associate who will drive success by creating and meeting sales and inventory productivity goals for the US business for MANSCAPED products. The ideal candidate is curious and innovative with strong analytical skills and a collaborative mindset

Responsibilities:  

• Work with internal and external partners to align on production timelines, resolve delays and maintain accurate records in ERP system.
• Maintain up to date purchase order costs and cargo ready dates, ensuring data integrity across systems
• Collaborate with Logistics team to track and manage PO delivery timelines 
• Issue Product Development purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Serve as communication hub for cross functional teams by providing clear updates on production status and delivery timelines.
• Maintain and update allocation data within PO file for logistics team to support inbound planning 
• Assist with item setup, item master maintenance, BOM creation, and BOM query auditing 
• Assist Director with purchase strategy development and contract manufacturer relationship management.
• Other duties as needed 

Qualifications:   

• 1+ years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, purchasing, or related operations function
• Experience working in ERP system or ability to learn new systems quickly
• Understanding of purchase order management
• Proficient in Excel
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness 
• Strong detail-oriented and resourceful mindset 
• Curiosity and interest in learning new concepts and technologies
