Job Description

Derivatives Business Analyst


Candidate must have 7+ years of business experience in the Derivatives field.  Candidate must also have business analysis and project leadership/management experience.  Good negotiation skills are a must.  Experience with Misys' Summit FT is a big plus. Candidate must have excellent communication skills.
 
The candidate will work/lead several initiatives for our Treasury's derivatives trading desk and back office.  Some of these initiatives involve adding new product types, implementing multicurrency trading, enhancing market and credit risk, and automating processes.  Knowledge with with a wide array of derivative products is a must as well as knowledge of their valuations and risk simulations.
 
This position will be working very closely with Northern's trading desk, back office users, and with developers. Business Analysts should also be able to perform as a team leader when necessary.
