Mobile wallets now account for roughly as many in-store purchases as cash, and unlike cash, they're still climbing. Most brands still treat them as a place to store a card.

Badge is the infrastructure that changes that. We give enterprise brands and platforms one integration to issue and operate passes and cards across Apple, Google, and Samsung Wallet. Loyalty cards, stored value, memberships, IDs, and tickets, all living on the surface customers already carry, updating in real time, with no app download and no new account.

The platform meets teams wherever they work: a no-code UI for marketers, flexible APIs for developers, an embed SDK for platform partners, and an MCP server so AI agents can build on it directly. That powers in-wallet push notifications, location-based messages, offers, tap-to-redeem, and more.

We are a fast-growing team backed by leading investors including TTV Capital, Stripe, Synchrony Ventures, and Infinity Ventures, and trusted by companies like Hoka, Blackhawk Network, Shift4, and Yale University. We value sharp thinking, fast execution, and a real understanding of how customers behave in a mobile-first world.

Position overview

Join Badge as a Brand and Growth Designer to shape how the world sees and experiences Badge. You'll own design for our growth marketing, including the website, content, social, email, and sales materials. You'll also work closely with product to deepen knowledge and accuracy across the Badge product suite.

This role is a great fit for a versatile designer who loves ownership, moves quickly between brand and sales enablement, and gets energized when their work drives pipeline, closes deals, and helps customers succeed.

Questions we're exploring

* How do we make mobile wallets feel like an obvious, must-have channel to enterprise marketers who haven't thought about them before?
* How do we speak to three different audiences (marketers, developers, and platform partners) without our story fragmenting?
* How do we show wallet experiences like push notifications, location-based offers, and tap-to-redeem in ways that are visual and easy to understand?
* How do we give sales and marketing a template system they can use on their own while keeping the brand consistent?
* How can the marketing site and the product feel like one connected experience, from first visit to first pass created?

Core Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the Badge website. Design, build, and iterate on trybadge.com in Webflow in collaboration with agencies and leadership as needed. Website design includes landing pages, product and solution pages, and campaign/event pages. Work with marketing to test and improve what converts.
  • Enable sales and leadership. Build and refine sales decks, one-pagers, customer case studies, and executive and investor presentations, and maintain a template library the team can use on their own.
  • Power content and social. Create blog visuals, product diagrams, and LinkedIn assets (posts, carousels, event and launch graphics) that make wallet experiences easy to understand.
  • Bring Badge to life at events. Design conference and event collateral, booth graphics, signage, and swag that make Badge stand out in person.
  • Build email that scales. Design reusable email templates for newsletters, product updates, and nurture campaigns.
  • Build systems, not one-offs. Maintain and evolve Badge's visual identity across every touchpoint, and contribute to our design system, brand guidelines, and scalable templates, so every new asset is faster to make and stays consistent.
  • Design with AI. Use tools like Claude, Figma AI, and other emerging tools to explore concepts, speed up production, and prototype. AI helps you move faster; your judgment and craft decide what ships.
  • Collaborate across the team. Work with marketing, sales, product, and engineering to understand goals, give and get feedback, and ship work that moves the business.
  • Work closely with product design. Partner with the product team to keep a source of truth for screens, passes, and flows. Dig into how Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, and Badge actually work, so you depict the product accurately and can spot what's off before anyone flags it.

What You Bring To The Table

  • 3–5 years of marketing and brand design experience, ideally on a technical product you had to learn and explain. In-house or agency both work, as long as you’ve owned output end to end and gotten up to speed on a complex product quickly.
  • Expert in Figma, strong in Adobe Creative Suite, and comfortable in Pitch and Webflow (or similar tools).
  • You have a sharp eye for typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy
  • You have a strong, defensible point of view on what good looks like, and the editing discipline to strip a design down to its essentials rather than layering more on
  • You're comfortable switching between a landing page, a LinkedIn carousel, a sales deck, and a product flow in the same week
  • You care about results, and you use metrics like conversion, engagement, and sales feedback to improve your work
  • You explain your thought process and trade-offs clearly and concisely
  • You can take projects from brief to launch with limited supervision, and you're comfortable moving fast on ambiguous, time-sensitive requests
  • You have a portfolio (required) that shows range across web, brand identity, marketing collateral, events, and decks, ideally with some UI or product work and a look at your process
  •

Nice To Have

  • Product pitch experience
  • Webflow
  • Prototyping experience, in Figma or with AI coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, plus basic HTML/CSS
  • Motion, animation, or 3D skills (After Effects, Lottie, Rive, Blender, or Cinema 4D)
  • Event, booth, or exhibit design experience
  • Experience with A/B testing or analytics
  • Interest in mobile wallets, fintech/payments, B2B SaaS, loyalty, or retail marketing

We offer a competitive salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package, as well as the opportunity to shape the brand and product experience of a fast-growing startup.

This is a remote position. If you're passionate about great design and want to see your work directly shape how customers discover and use Badge, we'd love to hear from you. Please include a link to your portfolio with your application.
